Department staff were not permitted access to the premises as evidenced by on Feb 09, 2017 at 10:48 CCFS Pyles arrived at the facility; the provider did not answer the door. CCFS Pyles called the provider who stated that she was on the premises and in the tub and that she was unable to allow access to the facility. CCFS Pyles offered to wait for the provider to finish her bath; however the provider states that after her bath she is going to the DMV. Provider stated at this time CCFS Pyles would need to return at a later time or date to access the premises.
