Licensing Rule Reference 19 CSR 30-61.025 Organization and Administration 2 states: If a family day care home is incorporated, the corporation shall designate one (1) of the officers of the corporation to be responsible for the daily operation of the facility and to meet the requirements of the child care provider. When the responsibility for the operation of a family day care home rests with a board of directors, the Child Care Licensing Unit shall be notified immediately if there is a change of the officer designated to be responsible for the daily operation of the facility and to meet the requirements of the child care provider. References and child abuse/neglect screening information shall be provided as required by 19 CSR 30-61.045 Initial Licensing Information. Correction Required An officer of the corporation shall notify the Section for Child Care Regulation immediately when there is a change of the officer designated to be responsible for the daily operation of the facility.

Licensing Rule Reference 19 CSR 30-61.086 Fire Safety 2 (C) states: Child care staff shall conduct at least one (1) fire drill each month and a disaster drill at least every three (3) months. The disaster drills shall include tornado drills. The provider shall maintain a written record at the facility of the date, type of drill, time required to evacuate the building, and number of children present during the drill.
