The provider did not follow required procedures for accidents, injuries and emergency medical care as evidenced by parents were not notified immediately when Child A fell and hit his mouth causing mild bleeding to his teeth and gums area..

19 CSR 30-61.185 Health Care 5 (A) states: In case of accident or injury to a child, the provider shall notify the parent's immediately. If the child requires emergency medical care, the provider shall follow the parent's written instructions.
