Violation The facility did not have a fenced outdoor play area that was on or adjoining the day care property and was accessible without hazard as evidenced by the fence was not in good condition in that :the walkway from the building front to the playground has a fence to keep children on the sidewalk and away from the parking lot. Part of this fenced walkway includes a gate that must be kept closed while children are using the playground. This gate is zip-tied open, preventing it from closing and allowing children easy access to the parking lot. The criminal record reviews shall include records of criminal convictions, pending criminal charges, and suspended imposition of sentence during the term of probation.
