The walls located in the orangutan room, the toucan room, the parrot room, Chimpanzee room, and the gorilla room was/were not in good condition as evidenced by baseboards were removed and areas on the walls around the baseboards were removed as part of the water damage restoration repair from flooding due to burst water sprinkler pipe in the attic of the gorilla room that occurred on Jan 30, 2019.
