All floors of a building used for child care were not approved by the State Fire Marshall as evidenced by the new bathroom needs class B fire rated coverings and the bedroom would need smoke detectors if used in the future.

19 CSR 30-61.085 Physical Requirements of the Family Day Care Home 2 (A) 1 states: Any floor of a home used for child care shall be approved by the State Fire Marshal or his/her designee.
