A child care staff member(s), Priyanka Sidella, Kelly Albritton, Patricia Candela, Graciella Coronado, Linda Cowl, Sabrina Harris, ALlison Holzrichter, May Khoukaz, Lisa Kramer, Laura Lipka, Holly McNichols, Usharami Ramalekshmy, Linda Rosenblatt, and Nazzy Shadmani need verification of both a request for a Family Care Safety Registry Screening and a receipt showing that they have requested the results of a criminal background check for each child care staff member, or an eligible letter from the Section for Child Care Regulation for each child care staff member. This letter will include the date of the Family Care Safety Registry and the date of the criminal background screening, was/were employed/present prior to the provider requesting the results of a criminal background check.
