Cheyenne also stated that she has not seen the Licensing Rule book since being hired to work at the facility. Licensing Rule Reference 19 CSR 30-62.102 Personnel (1) (H) states: The provider shall have available a copy of the Licensing Rules for Group Day Care Homes and Child Day Care Centers in Missouri. All caregivers and volunteers working directly with children shall be required to review and be knowledgeable of the rules at the time they begin work and shall be able to understand and apply those rules which relate to their respective responsibilities.
