The staff listed needs the following information: The 2018 toolbox report has documentation of 5 clock hours for 2018. There are certificates onsite showing an additional 5 hours (1 hour is from 2019 to be rolled back to 2018) Sharon needs an additional 2 clock hours to apply to 2018 and then begin to take 12 clock hours to apply for 2019 training requirements.
