The provider did not meet requirements for requests/results of a criminal background check. A child care staff member(s), Jody stated she has completed getting the fingerprints done but was not given a receipt or Melissa kept it. Jody Reed, Melissa Mueller and Amy Creech need to have a verification letter that criminal are done, was/were employed/present prior to the provider requesting the results of a criminal background check.
