The provider did not supply and serve food according to the Meal and Snack Food Chart as evidenced by : in the older preschool classroom, the 2 caregivers stated they were out of 6 ounce styrofoam cups. They were serving milk in small, 1-2 ounce water cups. This did not meet the required milk serving. In addition, when the styrofoam cups were available, they showed CCFS Harris how much milk was served. It was still only about 2 ounces. Also, in the 2-year-old classroom, a required milk serving also was not being served. They, too, were only serving 1-2 ounces of milk. Caregivers must measure the milk serving to ensure that a complete serving size is offered.
