A child care staff member(s), David Lakine, Javier Trejo, Alexis McConnell(has FCSR), Anique Harris, Dominque Avant, and Kameron Murphy. During the 2018 legislative session, the Missouri General Assembly passed House Bill 1350, which became effective August 28.2018 and can be found in Section 210.1080, RSMo. This law requires criminal background checks, which included fingerprinting, for child care staff members., was/were employed/present prior to the provider requesting the results of a criminal background check.
