Hazardous items as follows were accessible to children: three bottles of sunscreen, one bottle of diaper rash ointment, and one small tube of antiobiotic ointment. The item(s) was/were located the sunscreen bottles and diaper rash ointment bottle were located in children's cubbies at child-height, and the tube of antibiotic ointment was located in an unlocked drawer in the teacher's desk in the first floor preschool rooms.
