The facility's outdoor space was not safe for children's activities as evidenced by there was an opened container of motor oil, with dark residue in the bottom of the bottle which appeared to be motor oil in the preschool outdoor play space. There were also several pieces of plastic outdoor play equipment which had been taken apart and laying across the grass--Keturah Wilson stated the facility is in the process of putting the equipment together. The outdoor space of both building is also very overgrown with weeds and tall grass. The gate to the air conditioning unit/basement steps in the infant/toddler building outdoor play space is also accessible to children, in that the gate will not latch closed.
