Violation Child(ren) was left without competent adult supervision as evidenced by caregiver, Chloe Johansson, had gone to the bathroom, and the doorbell rang. Deanne Deterding left the room to answer the door and was gone out of the room for less than one minute, leaving children completely unsupervised during that time. CCFS discussed with caregivers to ensure that one staff member is present in the room supervising children before the other staff member leaves the room to answer the door.
