The facility's disaster and emergency plan was not available in each room used for childcare as evidenced by the facility has a variance to allow the emergency plan to be carried with staff from one area of the facility to another, however, no copy of the emergency plan was known to caregivers at the time of inspection. On 9/26/19, caregivers stated they still did not have a copy of the facility's disaster plan on site.
