The requirements for obtaining 12 clock hours each calendar year were not met. The staff listed need the following information: Michelle Payne who is used as a district substitute, and currently subs at the facility, needs 11 hours of clock hour training for 2019.

19 CSR 30-62.102 Personnel (3) (A) states: The center director, group day care home provider, all other caregivers, and those volunteers who are counted in staff/child ratios shall obtain at least twelve (12) clock hours of child-care related training during each calendar year. Clock hour training shall be approved by the department.

The facility did not meet requirements for a criminal background check. Results were not on file for the following staff member(s): Dawn Jenkins (Foster Grandparent). On 7/3/2019 CCFS Ray-Warnke observed the foster grandparent as not having an eligible letter, but did have fingerprinting and a FCSR on file. The foster grandparent is still being used as of 1-15-2020, an employee criminal background notification form will need to be submitted for the volunteer to complete the background screening process, and to receive an eligible letter.
