The requirements for obtaining 12 clock hours each calendar year were not met. The staff listed need the following information: Keli Allen (-4), Dakota Porter (-12), Zoie Helton (-6), and Meranda Wilkes (-6) are missing clock hour trainings for 2019. Three training certificates were taken before 09/01/2019, so those clock hour trainings were applied to 2019 hours; however, there are trainings that were taken after 09/01/2019 that were not on the Toolbox report that were not counted.

19 CSR 30-62.102 Personnel (3) (A) states: The center director, group day care home provider, all other caregivers, and those volunteers who are counted in staff/child ratios shall obtain at least twelve (12) clock hours of child-care related training during each calendar year. Clock hour training shall be approved by the department.
