Requirements for supervision of napping children were not met as evidenced by infants and toddlers did not have constant care and supervision in that an infant was observed sleeping in a separate room, adjoining the infant class, and gated off from the main room. The teacher was unable to see the infant in the other room. Corrections were made to the safe sleep policy which now includes a plan for supervision of napping infants in the separate room.
