The requirements for obtaining 12 clock hours each calendar year were not met. The staff listed need the following information: For 2019: Sharon needs an additional 8 clock hours. Clock hours taken in 2020 may be applied to meet the 2019 deficit. CCFS Dixon provided the clock hour reassignment form for Sharon to do this once she has taken the clock hours.
