Child(ren) was left without competent adult supervision as evidenced by CCFS Dixon and Sims observed a child come into the building without any adult supervision. The child came in the side door near the playground. CCFS Dixon and Sims went across the asphalt area to the school age building and questioned Ms Jackson and Ms Wood about the child. They stated that the child was not sent by them and "was not one of theirs". CCFS Dixon and Sims were on the playground when the director Ms Mosby brought that same child back across the playground and into the school age building. Ms Mosby and CCFS Dixon nd Sims returned to the school age building and again asked Ms Jackson and Ms Wood about the child. They said they were mistaken and that he was in their class. They said they sent him to the other building to use the bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms in the school age building that are currently not functioning. Ms Mosby has a plumber coming on 07.15.20 to repair the toilets and sink without running water. CCFS Dixon and Sims discussed that to send a child across the outside play area, staff must be able to ensure that the staff in the building they are sending him to is aware that he is coming. If this is not done the child could exit the playground unbeknownst to staff and exit the facility and not be missed or any other possible mishap could occur while a child is unattended and unsupervised..
