There was a bucket of cigarette butts, cigarette butts on the ground, a lighter and a pack of marlboro cigarettes in a chair,and a pack of marboro cigarettes on a stand on the facility's porch. In addition, Tabatha Thurman stated she smokes on the front porch while the children are inside the facility. A child in care also told CCFS Tuschhoff that Tabatha Thurman and Assistant Chantel Bosman smokes on the front porch while kids (including the babies) are inside the facility.
