The requirements for obtaining 12 clock hours each calendar year were not met. The staff listed need the following information: Debbie Wands is missing 12 clock hour trainings for 2019 calendar year. Debbie had 12 Texas A & M certificates completed in 2020 on file and uploaded them to the workshop during the inspection. Once they show up in OPEN Toolbox, she will transfer them back to 2019.

19 CSR 30-61.105 The Day Care Provider and Other Day Care Personnel (4) (A) states: The provider shall obtain at least twelve (12) clock hours of child care-related training during each calendar year. Any assistant working more than five (5) hours per week shall meet the same training requirements. Clock hour training shall be approved by the department.
