Daycare personnel did not cooperate with the department as evidenced by CCFS Wallace informed the Director Ashley Hollis that since the preschool age children are now in the second building that was originally for the school age children that they cannot utilize the playground attached to the main building. The preschool age teacher Ms. Rheudeana Ferguson stated that the kids are loaded in the van and drove around the building, let out in front of the building, and walked in the main building, walked through the school age room, to the playground. CCFS informed Ashley that the kids in the second building (now the preschool building) can only use that playground. Another staff Ms. Katie confirmed that Rheudeana did use the playground attached to the main building one time last week. Ms. Ashley stated that she was unaware of this.
