Records were not available for inspection by the department upon request as evidenced by Tyler Wray's medical and TB risk assessment were not on site. These documents had been observed by CCFS Cox to approve Mrs. Wray as the director. Kimberly Denny also works at the owner's other daycare and her medical and TB risk assessment were observed at the other location this morning. These records must be on site at all times during child care hours.
