Stacia Sanders did not respond immediately and ignored CCS Koch's questions. Stacia Sanders would not provide details to how often Charlotte Sanders is present in the home and when she would return. CCS Koch asked Stacia Sanders if the children had lunch. Stacia Sanders stated yes, after hesitation. CCS Koch then asked Stacia Sanders what she served for lunch. Stacia Sanders did not respond. CCS Koch then asked the children, who were present, what they had for lunch. Then Stacia Sanders stated they did not have lunch yet. CCS Koch then advised Stacia Sanders that the children need to eat lunch, as it had now been over 4 hours since breakfast.
