The walls located in the two year old classroom was/were not in good condition as evidenced by the baseboard on the back wall near the table was detached in one area, and there was chipping paint on the wall with the sink (the chipping paint was located above the book shelf). The back classroom door, office door, and two supply closet doors located near the back of the building had paint that was chipping. Nine door frames located throughout the building had paint that was chipping (this is all door frames located throughout the building).

19 CSR 30-62.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (2) (A) 6. states: Walls, ceilings and floors shall be finished with material which can be cleaned easily and shall be free of splinters, cracks and chipping paint. Floor covering shall be in good condition. Lead-free paint shall be used for all painted surfaces.
