The hand sanitizer that is typically outside the classroom door was brought inside and left on the shelf by the door. It was immediately moved out of reach of the children when brought to the attention of the classroom staff. Licensing now allows the use of hand sanitizer by the children but it is not supposed to be in the reach of the children.
