2	16	MIXED	Joyce Fryer-Kauffman and Sheila Cottle-Stogsdill with 16 children (4 children under 2 years, 8 preschool children ages 3-5 years, and 4 school age children) in the nap room. Joyce Fryer-Kauffman left the nap room with the 4 children under age 2 years upon CCFS Koetting's arrival, leaving Sheila Cottle-Stogsdill in the nap room with 8 preschool and 4 school age children. Jeff Kauffman was in the provider's home next door, which is not the premises of the daycare; therefore, he does not count in ratio for the facility. Two children eventually left the facility with a parent, which put the staff/child ratio back into compliance.
