Hazardous items as follows were accessible to children: clean force delimer, 5 bottles of Stergamine sanitizing tablets, 1 bottle of Downy, 1 gallon of disifecting skin cleaner, 1 can glass cleaner,1 bottle of Simple Green cleaner, and 1 bottle of Lysol Clean and Fresh Cleaner and a boiling pot of water was sitting on the stove. A staff purse/bag was hanging on a shelf and was layed open. Inside, visible, was a bottle of prescription medication and personal care items. The item(s) was/were located underneath the handwashing sink in the kitchen, on a shelf and on the stove. The cabinet had a child proof latch; however, this latch was broken. There was no staff in the kitchen and the door was propped open.
