The provider did not supply and serve food according to the Meal and Snack Food Chart as evidenced by the snack served was water, turkey slices and popcorn. Popcorn is not a food component due to the large amount of popcorn that would need to be served to make up the required serving size for a vegetable. Director, Kaitlynn Murphy stated that they were supposed to have had tortillas, which was what was on the menu..
