Hazardous items as follows were accessible to children: There are three sections of 6 foot plastic that is hanging from the ceiling to the floor. The item(s) was/were located in the sleeping room. The provider is using the plastic to separate the living space from childcare space. The specialist made several recommendations (fabric, cloth) for replacement. This plastic could be a possible suffocation hazard if the children choose to play in it.

19 CSR 30-61.085 Physical Requirements of the Family Day Care Home (1) (J) states: All flammable liquids, matches, cleaning supplies, poisonous materials, medicines, alcoholic beverages, hazardous personal care items or other hazardous items shall be inaccessible to children.
