Play toys are stacked up and collecting dirt and debris. The larger AC unit was not safely and securely enclosed as evidenced by a gap was observed between the chain linked fence and wooden barrier fence allowing children access to wires exposed and the fan blades. The wooden railings around the back porch was observed with splintering wood.
