Infants and toddlers who are unable to sit at a table shall have one (1) piece of mealtime feeding equipment for every four (4) infant/toddlers which may include feeding tables, high chairs, infant seats or other safely designed infant seating equipment. Equipment shall be provided which will allow the child to sit comfortably and securely while being fed. Appropriate restraints shall be used.

For the calendar year of 2020, the staff listed need the following information: Candy Holsten, Dona Jo Stillwell, and Brianna Shoemaker all need 5 clock hours. Training certificates were on file from the Pulaski County Health Department for 5 hours of training that was not recorded in the OPEN Toolbox Program Training Report. Provider was advised to contact the Pulaski County Health Department to receive credit in OPEN for these trainings.

19 CSR 30-62.102 Personnel (3) (A) states: The center director, group child care home provider, all other caregivers, and those volunteers who are counted in staff/child ratios shall obtain at least twelve (12) clock hours of child-care related training during each calendar year. The parent or guardian of the child shall provide satisfactory evidence of the required immunizations. Satisfactory evidence means a statement, certificate or record from a physician or other recognized health facility or personnel, stating that the required immunizations have been given to the child and verifying the type of vaccine and the month, day and year of administration.
