Licensing Rule Reference 19 CSR 30-62.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (4) (A) states: A safe diapering table with a waterproof washable surface shall be used for changing diapers. The diapering table shall be located within or adjacent to the group space so the caregiver using the diapering table can maintain supervision of his/her group of children at all times. Correction Required The facility shall provide a safe and clean diapering table as required.

The disaster drills shall include tornado drills. The provider shall maintain a written record at the facility of the date, type of drill, time required to evacuate the building, and number of children present during the drill. The following staff need clock hours reassigned to the previous year: Donyae Moore, Makyah Redden, and Jamie Hoskin- All need one hour reassigned for 2020 clock hours. Licensing Rule Reference 19 CSR 30-62.102 Personnel (3) (K) states: Clock hours earned to complete the previous year’s requirements shall not be applied to the current year’s clock hour requirements. Caregivers shall submit the Clock Hour Training Credit Reassignment form to the OPEN Initiative to assign clock hours to the appropriate year. See Clock Hours Training Credit Reassignment form promulgated as of 2018 and incorporated by reference in this rule.
