2 6 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Two Caregivers were observed with six toddlers, ages 12 months to 24 months. The children were playing and starting circle time.
2 5 INFANTS AND TODDLERS Two Caregivers were observed in the infant/toddler room. The children were playing, and two were napping. The ages are 6 weeks to 12 months.
2 11 MIXED Two Caregivers were observed with eleven children ages 2 and 3. There were five 2 year old's and six 3 year old's. The children were going outside to play.
2 0 NO CHILDREN IN ATTENDANCE Jane Schneeberger, Supervisor, and Sharon Davis, Director, were present with no children.
1 10 PRESCHOOL One caregiver was observed with ten playing preschoolers. Ages were four-five years old.
2 16 PRESCHOOL Two caregivers were observed with sixteen playing children, ages three and four.
1 7 SCHOOL AGE Children were on field trip, could not physically be counted. The attendance record indicated seven children were checked in.

The parent or guardian of the child shall provide satisfactory evidence of the required immunizations.
