CCFS Dixon discussed with Jenny that this put her over her licensed capacity. Jenny stated that child was age 2 years and the parent needed child care for a period of time today to do some work related errands. Jenny told her she could bring and leave the child but that she must be picked up by the time nap was over. Licensing Rule Reference 19 CSR 30-61.045 Licensing Process (18) states: The number and ages of children a family child care home is authorized to have in care at any one time shall be specified on the license and shall not be exceeded except as permitted within these rules.
