The number of children was/were exceeded as evidenced by upon arrival CCFS Dixon observed a child departing the facility, leaving 10 children with the provider Jenny Cracchiola. CCFS Dixon discussed with Jenny that this put her over her licensed capacity. Jenny stated that child was age 2 years and the parent needed child care for a period of time today to do some work related errands.
