19 CSR 30-62.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (6) (A) 3. states: Adult supervision shall be provided at all times when children are outside. For children three (3) years of age and above, staff/child ratios may be one and one-half (1 1/2) times the indoor staff/child ratios. Caregiver did not provide frequent, direct contact as evidenced by CCFS Cox observed a school age boy alone in the director's office, this child stated he was just getting his cloths. CCFS Cox took this child to the school age group in the back of the building, and observed another school age boy was observed in the hallway without an caregiver. A school age girl was observed walking down the hall and observed going into the director's office, when CCFS Cox went back into the office this school age child was alone.

19 CSR 30-62.192 Health Care (4) (A) states: No child shall be permitted to enroll in or attend any day care facility caring for ten (10) or more children unless the child has been immunized adequately against vaccine preventable childhood illnesses specified by the department in accordance with recommendations of the Immunization Practices Advisory Committee (ACIP).
