CCFS Cox took this child to the school age group in the back of the building, and observed another school age boy was observed in the hallway without an caregiver. A school age girl was observed walking down the hall and observed going into the director's office, when CCFS Cox went back into the office this school age child was alone.

19 CSR 30-62.192 Health Care (4) (A) states: No child shall be permitted to enroll in or attend any day care facility caring for ten (10) or more children unless the child has been immunized adequately against vaccine preventable childhood illnesses specified by the department in accordance with recommendations of the Immunization Practices Advisory Committee (ACIP).
