The disaster drills shall include tornado drills. The provider shall maintain a written record at the facility of the date, type of drill, time required to evacuate the building, and number of children present during the drill.

The director is not routinely on duty, as evidenced by CCFS Duckworth became aware during inspection on 7-19-2021 that Kristie Gottman, Director, is not working during the summer. Last work day was in June, 2021. Expected to return in August, 2021.

19 CSR 30-62.102 Personnel (2) (A) 2. states: Center directors and group child care home providers routinely shall be on duty during the hours of highest attendance a minimum of forty (40) hours per week. If the facility operates less than forty (40) hours per week, the center director or group child care home provider shall be on duty at least fifty percent (50%) of the operating hours.
