Department staff were not permitted access to the premises as evidenced by upon arrival, the staff member refused to allow this CI entry due to her stating that the boss was not present. CI Watkins displayed work identification to the staff and the staff continued to refuse. CI proceeded to my vehicle and sat in the vehicle. A few minutes later the staff came back to the door and waved to the CI requesting that the CI return for entry and apologized.
