A caregiver did not cooperate with the department as evidenced by caregiver Rickera Thomas was very unprofessional with CI Watkins from the time of arrival until the inspection was nearly over. Rickera became angry with this CI when it was addressed with the person in charge (Chevron Love) that she could not leave the children unattended as she left the children unattended to go inside the kitchen to fill up a container of water, she then went back into the kitchen to fill up mop water. She also sent a child to a classroom to get an item alone. As this was addressed with Chevron Love, staff Rickera Thomas began to make statements in an angry tone towards this CI. Rickera continued to make statements such as, "She could have told me that, whatever, she is rude, she ain't say nothing to no one else. She get on my nerves, I can't stand that " CI Watkins asked Rickera if she would allow me to do my job and to keep the unprofessional statements to herself. Another caregiver left the Infant and toddlers room out of ratio to use the restroom and Rickera then yelled, "I bet she she won't say anything to her." CI Watkins asked her again to allow me to do my job. CI Watkins discussed this behaviro with Chevron Love who was in charge. Chevron stated that she would discuss this with the director when she returns.
