The director is not routinely on duty, as evidenced by during inspections conducted on July 16, 2021, September 10, 2021, October 26, 2021, and November 23, 2021, Lakeeta Butler was not present at the facility. When CI Wilmesher and CI Fyfe arrived during the inspection on December 16, 2021, Lakeeta Butler was not present. Other staff members, Tiana Lambert-Evil, Taylor Eberhardt, and Allye Shirley, all identified Thekra Campbell as the director of the facility. Lakeeta Butler arrived at approximately 1:00 p.m., and admitted that she has no attendance records for herself, and she has not been working 40 hours per week for the facility.
