Caregiver used a discipline technique that included speaking harshly, abusively or with profanity as evidenced by Complaince Inspector Michelle Trussell observed caregiver, Kathy Blake, using loud, harsh voice and phrases when interacting with the children. Examples of those statements were "NO!" "Come here." "I said to stop." CI Trussell could hear these statements when Ms. Blake was taking the children to the restroom down the hallway while CI Trussell was in the cafeteria. CI Trussell discussed with Alisha Hassler.
