The facility's outdoor space was not safe for children's activities as evidenced by a section of the wooden fence has detached and nails are protruding from the boards, there was an empty glass Amsterdam vodka bottle in the center of the outdoor play space, and large, jagged broken concrete is protruding through the pea gravel resilient surface material and poses a tripping hazard. As of February 8, 2022, the glass bottle was removed from the outdoor play space, but the broken concrete and wooden fence are still needing correction.
