Enrollment, medical and attendance records were not accessible at all times as evidenced by 2/1/2022 records were requsted and the director stated it would be difficult to get them during time of visit but will email them. On 2/8/2022, attendance records were again requested and the director stated she does not have time to get the records together. It was discussed that attendance records for children and staff for 1/21/22, 1/25/22, 1/31/22 and 2/1/22 shall be submitted immediately.
