Licensing Rule Reference 5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (2) (A) 8. states: Floor surfaces under indoor equipment over twenty-four inches (24") in height, from which children might fall and be injured, shall be protected with pads or mats which will effectively cushion the fall of a child.
