Paint is peeling from two areas along the line in the wall. There are two large circles where children have access to drywall. Violation The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by the left side cabinet door located underneath the handwashing sink in the bubble room has paint that is coming off of the door and is missing off the door. The paint is not a chipping paint it is a stretchy, sticky paint that can be pulled and is hazardous around children.
