2 21 MIXED Susie Galloway and Sharde Robinson were with twenty-one children ages 2-years-old to 4-years-old with one child being age 2-years-old. Caregiver Janyia Osby arrived about 10 minutes later during the inspection to put them in correct staff/child ratios.
