The variance requires 1 adult for every 2 infant/toddlers in the unit plus one additional staff member present on the premise not counted in staff/child ratios. Upon arrival, Compliance Inspection Supervisor, Marla Chrisco observed one staff member in the infant/toddler unit with 4 children with no additional staff member in the infant/toddler room to meet the one staff for every two children in the unit as well as no additional staff member present on the premise and not counted in staff/child ratios in another classroom. .
