The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by the daycare shares office space with Midway Mini Storage business. The storage office is in the front of the building. There is an unlocked door leading to the childcare space and an open square cut out in the wall of the space resembling a window without glass that is open to the childcare space as well. The office is open to the public, people can walk into the office to inquire about storage or make payments during childcare hours.

At least one (1) caregiver with current certification in age-appropriate first aid and CPR must be on site at all times when children are present. The training shall be certified by a nationally-recognized organization, such as the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or an equivalent certification, include an in-person skills assessment, and be approved by the department.
